In response to a FOIA sent to the Detroit Police Department on behalf of CPTA, the following list of what DPD calls “high risk” police officers.
The rows where only PO, DET, or SGT appears under the heading “Menber Name & Rank” are the names and badge numbers of plain clothed or undercover police officers and are “are exempt from disclosure.”
